What You Will Do
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and heating systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Use hand and power tools to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints for precise installations.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service on-site.
- Adhere to all state/local codes and follow strict safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on plumbing or heating experience.
- Licensing: Active Plumbing or Gas license is a major plus.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license with a clean record; must have reliable transportation to the shop daily.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50–75 lbs., work in confined spaces, and stand/kneel for extended periods.
- Tools: Must have basic hand tools (specialized equipment is provided).
- Education: High school diploma or GED; ability to solve basic field math problems.
